Jessica Fajfar has been part of the RafterMarsh team since 2009, and specializes in intellectual property and licensing matters for technology, digital media, advertising, medical marijuana and entertainment companies. She graduated summa cum laude from Cleveland Marshall College of Law at Cleveland State University and received her LLM in Intellectual Property and Technology Law from the University of San Francisco.

Jessica is an Assistant Clinical Professor and Supervising Attorney at the University of San Francisco School of Law where she supervises the USPTO Trademark Program, the Entrepreneurial Ventures Legal Services Program (EVLS) and the Employment Law Clinic. She trains students on trademark prosecution matters as well as in other intellectual property areas including copyrights and IP protection for startups.

Out of the office she commits her time to learning to play the drums and perfecting her yoga practice. Namaste.
