Nayram Gasu is a first-generation Ghanaian immigrant with a Juris Doctor from Temple University Beasley School of Law and a B.A. in Political Science, and English, and a minor in Communications from the University at Albany, SUNY. At RafterMarsh, Nayram primarily engages in corporate contracting and is spearheading the firm's Web3 practice.

Her legal experience includes working as Housing and Social Services Counsel for the New York State Senate, working for the Philadelphia Defenders Association, serving as a Data Privacy and Compliance Intern a non-profit in Washington D.C., and interning at Japan’s most acclaimed IP law firm, TMI Associates, in Tokyo, Japan. She is also the 2019-20 Law Student Liaison for the ABA Section of Science and Technology Law.

When not working, Nayram can be found bouldering at her local rock climbing gym, volunteering around New York City, or biking in a country she's visiting.
